Luke is such a funny kid. He likes to run up to me (sometimes at full speed) crash into me, and tell me that he is my friend. I like that he does that.
This morning we were sitting next to each other and he took my head in his hands and said, "Mama, Maaaama. Mama, look at me because I am sooooo cute. Aren't I cute mama?" Then he smiled a cheesy grin. How could I resist that? I couldn't. So I picked him up, gave him a big hug and told him that he was indeed sooooo cute.

Today was a great day for Trista. She had her Preschool graduation from her center stage school. She has worked really hard all year and has learned many things. She is starting to read which is fabulous, and she has a lot of good friends that she made this year.
This picture is Trista with her friends from our neighborhood. Aly (hair down) and Madison (hair up). Trista loves to play with these two girls and when they get to play they are really nice to each other.

Kennedi and Trista's dance recital
The day after we got home from our cruise Kennedi and Trista had a dance recital. They have been taking dance at Center Stage since September. Kennedi is in a Jazz class and Trista is taking a combo class with dancing, singing and karate. They both seem to love their classes.
Kennedi danced to a Hannah Montana song, G. N.O. Girls Night Out, it was very cute.
Trista's dance was an imitation of Amazing Mazie (which is a bird), and her dance was equally as cute as Kennedi's. Trista is the second one on the left in the back row (the one with the crazy bird tail hair).
The girls worked really hard to learn their dances and we are proud of them.

Our Cruise to Mexico
Brad and I just got back from our cruise to Mexico. Our first day landed us in San Diego where we went to Sea World with our friends Trent and Shara. We got to do a lot of cool things there but the coolest was petting the dolphins.
The roller coaster at the top was also pretty cool, although I have to admit, I was really scared to go on it. I used to love roller coasters, I guess not so much anymore. That roller coaster was also the reason that Brad and I missed our bus back to the ship and had to take a taxi instead.
Here is a great picture of everyone's favorite at Sea World, Shamu!! That is one enormous fish.
This is a cool picture of a the beluga whale. I have never seem one of these before, and when I saw it, for some reason I had a hard time looking away.
A lucky shot of the dolphin jumping over the rope at the dolphin show. I think it's amazing what people can teach animals to do, all for a fish. Every time the animals did a trick they were rewarded with a hand full of fish.
On our second day we went to Catalina, CA and walked around in the city for a while and then went back to the ship for a relaxing afternoon.
The last day was another walk around a city in Mexico called Ensenada. I wouldn't waste your time to go there. There's not a lot to see.
Every night when we got back from dinner there was an animal made from towels on our beds, or hanging from the ceiling.

Crazy Hair Day @ Center Stage
Trista's other pre-school (Center Stage Performing Arts Pre-school) enjoys doing something fun for the kids once a month. In April I know, I am a bit behind, did crazy hair day. Trista wanted her hair to be the craziest in the class. She wanted her hair so crazy that everyone would laugh when she came into the classroom. She got the response that she was looking for. When she went to school her teachers told her that she did in fact have the craziest hair.
Class Field Trips
Trista's class field trip to the duck pond and a picnic at the park.
Trista's pre-school (Kiddie Kollege) went on a field trip to feed the ducks at a park in Provo. Afterwards we went to a nearby park a played until it was time to leave. The kids all seemed to have fun until it was time to leave.

Brooke's class field trip to the Zoo.
I also got to go to the zoo with Brooke's 2nd grade class. If anyone thinks that three girls are crazy together, try putting six together at the zoo. These are some of are favorite zoo pictures, all taken by Brooke.
